Desbuild Kris Cooper Pvt Ltd (DBKC), is an amalgamation of Desbuild Inc, 1993, an US conglomerate and Kris Cooper Project Consultants Pvt Ltd,2005, Bangalore, India. 

The unification of the specialists is to address project management needs and deliver integrated services with the best professionals, practices, process controls at international standards and global experience. The solutions offered are turnkey projects with expertise in architecture, construction, occupancy planning, engineering and interior build-out with a collaborative approach anywhere in the world. 
Board of Directors:
Mr. Ananth Badrinath, Chairman
Mr. Ananth Badrinath graduated with Bachelors degree in Civil engineering in 1982. He worked on large industrial and commercial projects in India before moving to United States in 1989. He Graduated with MS degree in Construction Management from The Catholic University of America, WDC in 1991. 

Mr. Ananth Badrinath along with Mr. Hosadurga started Desbuild Incorporated in 1993 with primary focus on federal government construction contracts in Washington metropolitan region. He has guided the team of professionals to grow the firm from few small projects in Washington region to several large, complex multimillion dollar projects.
Mr. Prakash Hosadurga , Vice Chairman
Mr. Prakash Hosadurga graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering and a Master's Degree in Building Engineering from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi,India. He worked on several high rise commercial construction projects and low rise residential townships in southern India for seven years on large industrial and commercial projects before moving to United States in 1989. 

He Graduated with MS degree in Construction Management from The Catholic University of America, WDC in 1990. Mr. Hosadurga leads a team of professional engineers and managers in implementing project management techniques in executing projects worldwide. Cost Control , Project Scheduling, Claim analysis are his expertise.
Mr. Ravi Iyer , MD & CEO
Mr. RAVI IYER, a B.Tech from VJTI, Mumbai in 1983 and having 30 years of rich experience in Projects Management in various organizations like Afcons, Tata Consulting Engineers, Ispat Industries, JMC Projects and Tramell Crow Meghraj, has managed Projects like Tesco phase-I & II, EDS, Salarpuria Infinity, Radisson Hotel, Shangri-la Hotels, Power Plants, Hot Strip Mill project, IIM Calicut campus project and various prestigious residential Projects, before starting his venture Kris Cooper Project Management Consultants in 2005, wherein he has managed over millions of Sft of variety of Projects.
Mr. T. V. Paramesh, Director & CFO
Mr. T. V. Paramesh a commerce graduate with CAIIB is having 33 years of rich experience in banking sector managing General Banking, Marketing, Forex and credit portfolio at various levels in Punjab National Bank, working at different Cities of the country and handling project finance of various industries like Engineering, Energy, Infrastructure, Automobile including real-estate. A hard core professional in finance management, administration, Marketing and human resource management.
